Located at 12310 W 62nd Ter, Shawnee, KS 66216, American Fusion Wheels is a full-service vehicle customization shop serving the entire Kansas City metropolitan area. Founded by the owner, our shop was built on a simple idea: treat every vehicle like it is our own, and never cut corners on quality.

What started as a passion for custom wheels and cars has grown into one of the most complete vehicle customization facilities in the KC metro. Today, we handle everything from wheels and tires to suspension lifts, car audio, window tinting, exhaust systems, ceramic coating, and much more — all under one roof.

Our Facility

Our shop is not a cramped garage or a temporary setup. American Fusion Wheels operates out of a purpose-built facility designed to handle multiple builds simultaneously:

• Multiple Service Bays — We have dedicated bays for suspension work, wheel and tire installations, and general service. This means we can work on several vehicles at once without projects backing up.
• Hunter Alignment Machine — Proper alignment is critical after any suspension modification, and our Hunter alignment system delivers factory-level precision for both stock and modified vehicles. Whether we are aligning a lowered Charger or a lifted F-250, the Hunter system handles it all.
• Hunter Road Force Balancer — Standard balancers spin and weight. Our Hunter Road Force machine goes further — it simulates the actual force of the road pressing against the tire to identify vibrations that standard balancers miss entirely. This is especially important for large, heavy wheel and tire packages on trucks and SUVs.
• Dedicated Audio Bay — Car audio installation requires a clean, controlled environment. Our dedicated audio bay is equipped for everything from basic speaker upgrades to full custom enclosures, amplifier racks, and head unit installations.
• Paint and Coating Area — From custom caliper painting to powder coating of wheels and accessories, our paint area is set up for clean, professional finish work every time.

Our Team and Philosophy

The team at American Fusion Wheels is led by the owner, who brings a hands-on leadership style to every aspect of the business. He is as likely to be on the shop floor turning wrenches as he is consulting with a customer on their next build.

Our philosophy is straightforward:

• Treat Every Vehicle Like Our Own — We do not rush jobs, skip steps, or use cheap shortcuts. Every bolt gets torqued to spec, every wire gets properly routed and secured, and every vehicle gets a final inspection and test drive before the customer picks it up.
• Honest Recommendations — If a customer asks for something that will not work well or could cause problems down the road, we tell them. We would rather lose a sale than do a job we are not proud of. That honesty is why so many customers keep coming back.
• Stay Current — Vehicle technology changes constantly. Our team invests in ongoing training and stays up to date on the latest fitment data, wiring harnesses, CAN-bus systems, and installation techniques. We work on brand-new vehicles as comfortably as older ones.
