Shipping Policy

At American Fusion Wheels, we aim to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to:

  • Alaska & Hawaii

  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)

  • P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

  • International destinations

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Processing time may vary based on product availability, custom/special-order items, and peak holiday volumes.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Shipping methods are selected based on product size and destination.

  • Common carriers include UPS, FedEx, or LTL Freight services.

  • Large orders (4+ wheels or tires) are typically strapped to a pallet and shipped via Freight to ensure they arrive safely.

  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Orders qualifying for "Free Shipping" promotions only apply to the lower 48 states.

Freight & Large Item Shipping (Important)

Wheels, tires, and oversized items usually ship via freight truck.

  • Delivery Appointment: The freight carrier will typically call you to schedule a delivery window.

  • Signature Required: An adult must be present to inspect and sign for freight shipments.

  • Inspection Policy: You MUST inspect the pallet and items for damage BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. If the items are damaged, note the damage on the receipt before the driver leaves, or refuse the shipment. Once you sign the receipt "Clear," we cannot file a claim with the carrier.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damaged item and the packaging/pallet.

  • Do not install or mount tires onto damaged wheels, as this voids your ability to file a damage claim.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Any fees incurred for address corrections or re-routing after an item has shipped will be the responsibility of the customer. American Fusion Wheels is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

Return Policy

At American Fusion Wheels, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure you get the perfect fit for your vehicle. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • All accessories, hardware, and documentation must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (Receipt or Invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and strictly not eligible for return:

  • Mounted or installed wheels or tires (No exceptions—once a tire is mounted on a wheel, it is considered used).

  • Custom-ordered or special-order items (items not kept in our local inventory).

  • Clearance, "Open Box," or discounted items.

  • Electrical components (TPMS sensors, lighting, etc.).

  • Labor, installation, or service charges.

Wheels & Tires Fitment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming proper fitment before purchase.

  • American Fusion Wheels is not responsible for returns due to incorrect fitment once items are mounted or installed.

  • If you are modifying your suspension (lifting or lowering), fitment requirements may change.

  • We strongly recommend contacting our team before purchasing if you are unsure about sizing, offset, or bolt patterns.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to approved returns to cover handling and processing.

  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method with insurance.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Do not attempt to install a damaged or incorrect part, as installation constitutes acceptance of the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many of the brands we carry offer specific warranties on finishes and structural integrity. If you experience a defect after the 30-day return window, we will gladly assist you in facilitating a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Return eligibility for in-store purchases follows the same policy and must be approved by management. Returns for in-store purchases must be brought back to our Shawnee, KS location.
