Up the ante in your Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra 1500 truck with style and performance by installing this 3.5-inch lift kit featuring FOX Factory Race Series 3.0 coil-over shocks from BDS Suspension. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 35" tires (Chevy) or 33" tires (GMC).
Up front the lift kit includes FOX 3.0 Factory Race Series internal bypass remote reservoir coil-over shocks and heavy duty tubular upper control arms for increased strength. In the rear this kit utilizes fabricated steel lift blocks, longer u-bolts and a complementary set of FOX 3.0 Factory Race Series shocks for the optimum smooth and balanced ride.
HD Upper Control Arms (UCAs)
Built for strength, performance and increased travel, these upper control arms are ready to bolt-in with most leveled/lifted trucks. They use 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct the ball joint positioning allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. At the frame mounting ends are durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation while at the other end a quality greaseable ball joints for smooth, quiet operation and superior durability. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap ready for installation right out of the box.FOX Factory Race Series
FOX Factory Race Series 3.0 Internal Bypass shocks for the Chevy Silverado deliver position-sensitive damping technology, Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjustment, and high-speed ready performance in a bolt-on kit.Patented Internal Bypass technology allows for multiple zones of damping control. The result is a comfortable, confident ride with increased damping force through rough terrain. Internal bypass shocks produce more force progressively to control hard bottom-outs, prevent harsh top-outs, and provide an initial catch for landing. Shock fluid bypasses the main piston through a series of bleed holes in the ride zone. As the shock extends past the ride zone in rebound or compression, the bleed holes terminate, forcing fluid through the main piston.
Finned external reservoirs and aluminum shock bodies keep shock fluid temperatures cool for better performance. Type III anodization prevents corrosion and wear of the 3-inch diameter bodies. The DSC adjuster allows you to dial in your Silverado for load, environment, and driving style.

Freight & Large Item Shipping
Wheels, tires, and oversized items typically ship via freight truck.
- Delivery Appointment: The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window.
- Signature Required: An adult must be present to inspect and sign for freight shipments.
- Inspection Policy: You MUST inspect the pallet and items for damage BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. If items are damaged, note the damage on the receipt before the driver leaves, or refuse the shipment.

15-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- All accessories, hardware, and documentation must be included.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Mounted or installed wheels or tires (once a tire is mounted on a wheel, it is considered used).
- Custom-ordered or special-order items (items not kept in our local inventory).
- Clearance, "Open Box," or discounted items.
- Electrical components (TPMS sensors, lighting, etc.).
- Labor, installation, or service charges.
Wheels & Tires Fitment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirming proper fitment before purchase.
- American Fusion Wheels is not responsible for returns due to incorrect fitment once items are mounted or installed.
- If you are modifying your suspension (lifting or lowering), fitment requirements may change.
- We strongly recommend contacting our team before purchasing if you are unsure about sizing, offset, or bolt patterns.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility — you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Do not attempt to install a damaged or incorrect part, as installation constitutes acceptance of the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Manufacturer Warranties
Many of the brands we carry offer specific warranties on finishes and structural integrity. If you experience a defect after the 15-day return window, we will gladly assist you in facilitating a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
