Yes. The Dodge Charger and Dodge Challenger share the same HEMI engine lineup across their respective trims. The 5.7L HEMI in the Charger R/T is the same engine in the Challenger R/T. The 6.4L 392 HEMI in the Charger Scat Pack is identical to the Challenger Scat Pack. The 6.2L supercharged HEMI in the Charger SRT Hellcat is the same unit in the Challenger Hellcat. Are there any 4-door specific mods for the Charger?
The Charger shares its HEMI platform and most performance parts with the Challenger, but there are some 4-door specific considerations. The Charger's longer wheelbase means slightly different exhaust routing — mid-pipes and cat-backs are Charger-specific even though they use the same muffler and tip designs. The larger cabin means more room for audio upgrades — bigger subwoofer enclosures and additional speakers. Rear door speaker upgrades are a Charger exclusive. Rear window tint covers more glass area. The Charger Widebody has the same 3.5-inch wider fenders as the Challenger Widebody, allowing the same wider wheel fitments.
