Our most popular Wrangler build is the Weekend Warrior package: a 2.5-inch TeraFlex lift, 35-inch Nitto Ridge Grapplers on 17x9 Method Race Wheels, a Smittybilt XRC front bumper with winch plate, and rock sliders. This combination delivers serious trail capability while maintaining excellent daily drivability on the commute through Overland Park and Olathe. It runs about six to eight thousand dollars depending on wheel and tire selections.

Our premium trail builds include a 3.5-inch suspension with adjustable control arms and Fox or Icon shocks, 37-inch tires on beadlock-style wheels, front and rear steel bumpers, rock sliders, full skid plate set, a Warn winch, LED light bar, regearing to 4.88, and a rear locker. This build transforms a stock Wrangler into a rig capable of tackling any trail in Kansas, Colorado, or the Ozarks. Total investment is typically twelve to fifteen thousand dollars.

Start with a lift and tires, come back for bumpers and sliders, then add regearing and lockers when you are ready. We keep your build file on record so we know exactly what is installed and what is next in your build plan.

Two-door Wranglers have a shorter wheelbase that gives them superior maneuverability on tight trails and better breakover angle on obstacles. Four-door Unlimiteds are more stable at higher speeds, carry more passengers and gear, and have more aftermarket support. For pure trail performance, the 2-door is hard to beat. For a build that does everything — daily commute, family duty, and trail weekends — the 4-door Unlimited is the more versatile platform. We build both regularly.

A basic lift-wheels-tires package takes one to two days. A mid-range build with bumpers, sliders, and lighting takes two to three days. A full build with regearing, lockers, winch, and complete armor takes four to six days. We schedule builds in blocks to ensure dedicated bay time for your Wrangler and avoid work being interrupted by other jobs. We provide an estimated completion date when you approve your build plan.
